The first thing to consider is the food – the cornerstone of any successful catering business! Cafe Med’s catering services started when, soon after they opened 18 years ago, people were coming in with their Pyrex dishes, asking them to make Moussaka for a dinner party, or Hummus, Falafel and practically everything on the menu. Gyros were a favorite request for mid-afternoon meetings. Eventually, we decided to go into catering for small groups. Today, a great part of the business is devoted to catering.
